Instinct and artistry with every dish.
Torno Subito is The Moore's Italian dining room — created under the vision of Massimo Bottura and led day to day by Chef Bernardo Paladini. The name translates, roughly, to "be right back": a promise of ease, from a kitchen that takes its craft seriously and itself rather less so.
Pasta is made by hand every day, the technique is exacting, and the room carries the playful energy Bottura is known for. The menu reads Italian; the mood reads Miami — sharp, sunlit, a little irreverent, a fresh take on fine dining in the Design District.
Lunch and dinner are served through the week, with a long lunch on Sundays. Tables are reserved on Resy; the dining room seats members, hotel guests and the neighborhood side by side.
